Hi, I'm Justine Morgan, director of CX Ignite. I’m a goal directed marketing expert with natural talent in developing and implementing successful strategies, driving profits, increasing market share, and strengthening customer dominance. I understand the pains of a growing business. I co-founded and ran a data analytics and management company for 10 years, growing our staff compliment from 7 to 50 and expanding into Kenya. We then merged with two other entities to form ICT organisation Decision Inc. and I played a pivotal role in driving recognition and growth for the new brand. 


In 2017 I started my own marketing strategy consulting company, CX Ignite, while doing my Masters in Management (Strategic Marketing) through Wits Business School. I’ve worked with a number of successful brands, including Bigen Africa, Trackmatic, Cemza, Interwaste, Desigual, iRobot, Synthesis Software Technologies, Network International and Altron FinTech.
